Quakes Partnering With Project Access For New Soccer Field

August 4, 2017

The Quakes are teaming up with Project Access to raise awareness for the East San Jose Soccer Field Project.

The East San Jose Soccer Field Project is a joint venture between Project Access, the Santa Clara County Probation Department Neighborhood Services Unit, and the Valley Palms Neighborhood Association. Its goal is to finance and build a soccer field in East San Jose in order to help at-risk youth in East San Jose have a safe place to play the beautiful game.

The Quakes will be hosting Project Access Night during this Saturday’s match versus the Columbus Crew, beginning at 7:15pm. There will be opportunities to learn more about the Soccer Field Project, and ways to help make this vision a reality.

If you are interested in learning more about the project and ways you can help, please email Khassaundra Whitehead with Project Access: kwhitehead@project-access.org, or call (949) 253-6200 ext. 315.

Thank you Project Access and the San Jose Earthquakes for helping to make our community a safe place for the children and youth of San Jose!
