I tweeted I thought I was losing faith in midfielder Simon Dawkins after 50 minutes of play. Some feel this was completely unjustified. I disagree.

  • Successful dribbles/game: 1.8 (First, Quintero and MPG tied for second at 1.2)
  • Successful dribbles/attempt with at least 1.0 attempts/game: 60% (Second, MPG 66%, third Quintero 57%)
  • Average passes/game: 41 (second behind Godoy, 53; Third Fatai at 39.3)
  • Pass Success: 82% (third behind Godoy 91%, and Quintero, 84%. Fourth is Tommy at 80.5)

Anyone who says he was having a good year is lying. 1 goal, 1 assist, 1.3 chances per game compared to 4 turnovers while on the ball/game,  1.1 tackles per game, 0.4 interceptions per game, 33% shot accuracy. Let’s hope he’s turned it around.
