A lot of soccer this weekend!  U-20 World Cup, U-23 Toulon Tournament, international friends, UEFA Championship, and a packed MLS schedule!  Let’s get down to business:

  • Neymar, Suarez, and Messi roll over Pirlo and Juventus 3-0 in UCL final.
  • U-20s lose to Portugal (assuming Portugal finishes top of Group C) in the first knock-out round of the U-20 tournament.
  • U-23s lose to England 1-1 via PKs in the Toulon Tournament.
  • NYRB beat Houston in Houston tonight 2-1.
  • Philly Union loses to NYCFC 2-0, despite Mix’s absence (sorry, I don’t believe Philly is for real despite their last four matches)
  • Toronto upsets DC 2-1, even with Bradley out of the lineup.
  • Kei Kamara scores one as Columbus beats Montreal 2-0 at home
  • Seattle opens up a can on Sporting KC in KC 3-1
  • Chicago continues to improve by beating Orlando 2-1 at home
  • Octavio Rivero scores one as the Whitecaps beat a Galaxy team without Gyassi Zardes 2-1
  • New England draws PTFC in Portland 1-1
  • Colorado beats RSL 2-0 at Rio Tinto (sorry, you can’t win if can’t score)
  • The Quakes lose a tough 2-0 decision to FC Dallas at home.
  • USMNT loses to Germany 3-1 on Wednesday.
