Quakes Player Performances at Sounders FC

Highlights of some player performance stats.  Don’t read too much into them, as the Quakes were playing a man down for 40 minutes, and that will change the complexion of the game, how they played the game, etc!

Bingham: 8 saves, 2 punches on 12 shots faced (9 on target)

Marvell Wynne: 70% pass accuracy, 1 chance created, 3 crosses, 66.7% of aerial duels won, 9 clearances!

Victor Bernardez: 77% pass accuracy, 100% of aerial duels won, 7 clearances

Shaun Francis: 73% pass accuracy, 2 chances created (not bad!), 80% tackles won, 100% aerial duels won.

Paulo Renato: 77% pass accuracy, 3 clearances

MPG: 2 shots, 81% pass accuracy, 2 chances created, 6 crosses, 100% tackles won.

Koval: 1 shot, 60% pass accuracy (ugh), 2 interceptions, 4 clearances.

Nyassi: 1 shot, 64% pass accuracy, 1 chance created, 1 cross, 100% tackles won, 1 interception, 1 clearance

Alashe: 1 shot, 65% pass accuracy, 83% tackles won, 75% aerial duels won, 5 interceptions and clearances (NOT BAD!!)

Wondo: 3 shots, 2 goals, 81% passing accuracy, 2 chances created, 5 clearances

Emeghara: 2 shots, 1 goal, 83% pass accuracy, 1 cross,

SUBS:

Harden: 100% of aerial duels won, 1 interception, 5 clearances,

Shea: 63% pass accuracy, 1 clearance (not the best day, but he was playing a man down when he came on)

Jahn: 1 shot, 64% pass accuracy, 1 chance created (Emeghara)

According to Whoscored, the team averaged a 68% pass accuracy on 330 total pass attempts (keep in mind over 40 minutes was when they were a man down and just trying to clear the ball), 26 tackles, 12 shots (4 on target).  Wondo had a 9.2 player rating (as good as it gets), Bingham 8.2, Wynn 8.1, MPG 7.7, Alashe 7.5 (all top 5 performers were SJ players).  🙂
